To get a receipt on the KKday website:
1. Once logged in, click on your profile at the top right corner of the KKday homepage.
2. Click 'My Orders' to view your bookings.
3. Click 'Need a receipt?' for the product you wish to receive a receipt for.
4. Fill in the required information and click 'Send.' A PDF receipt will be sent to your registered email.
To get a receipt on the KKday mobile website:
1. Once logged in, click on the icon at the top left corner of the KKday homepage.
2. Click ‘My Orders' to view your bookings.
3. Click 'Need a receipt?' for the product you wish to receive a receipt for.
4. Fill in the required information and click 'Submit.' A PDF receipt will be sent to your registered email.
To get a receipt on the KKday app:
1. Click the 'My Orders' tab at the bottom of the app to view your bookings.
2. Click the product you wish to receive a receipt for. Scroll down and click 'Order Confirmation.'
3. Fill in the required information and click 'Submit.' A PDF receipt will be sent to your registered email.
