Leave a review on the KKday website:
1. After logging in, click on your profile at the top right corner of the KKday homepage.
2. Click 'My Orders' to see your bookings.
3. Click the 'Write a review' button under the order you want to review.
Leave a review on the KKday mobile website:
1. After logging in, click the icon at the top left corner of the KKday homepage.
2. Click ‘My Orders' to see your bookings.
3. Click the 'Write a review' button under the order you want to review.
Leave a review on the KKday app:
1. After logging in, click the 'My Orders' tab at the bottom of the KKday app.
2. Click the 'Write a review' button under the order you want to review.
You will receive a coupon code via email within 30 minutes of writing a review. If you do not receive your coupon code, please send an inquiry to service@kkday.com.
Reminders:
1. Please refer to the email for more information about the Terms & Conditions.
2. Each coupon can only be used once. If you leave the checkout page during checkout, the coupon will become invalid.
