Unfortunately, if you are late for a tour or activity, you will be marked as a no-show and no refunds or cancellations will be granted. 


If you are delayed due to forces of nature or any other unforeseen circumstances beyond your control, please let us know as soon as possible. You will be required to provide proof of your circumstances (e.g. flight cancellation record) to service@kkday.com, using your booking number as the subject line.
